| Resume: | O presente trabalho de conclusão de curso consiste em uma análise de como o município de Chapecó resolve o problema da urbanização e ocupação no Lajeado São José. Foi realizada uma análise em sites, textos, documentos, de forma a entender como o município procede em relação à ocupação as margens da Avenida Leopoldo Sander, a qual está sendo duplicada. Conforme foi analisado, a administração pública só resolveu os problemas das famílias que foram diretamente afetadas pela passagem da segunda faixa da duplicação, as outras famílias continuam morando na região. Com a utilização do Google Earth através do histórico de imagens, de 2002 a 2023, pode-se fazer uma análise em metros quadrados o quanto cresceu a urbanização neste período. |
| Abstract: | This course completion work consists of an analysis of how the municipality of Chapecó solves the problem of irregular occupation in Lajeado São José. An analysis was carried out on websites, texts, documents, in order to understand how the municipality proceeds in relation to the occupation on the banks of Avenida Leopoldo Sander, which is being duplicated. As analyzed, the public administration only solved the problems of families who were directly affected by the passage of the second lane of duplication, the other families continue to live in the region. With the use of Google Earth through the history of images, from 2002 to 2023, an analysis can be made in square meters how much urbanization has grown in this period. |
