Elaboração de planejamento organizacional para uma microempresa do setor da construção civil

Abstract

Organizational Planning is an extremely important tool, as it helps the company to define its objectives, estimate available resources, control the internal environment, and monitor the external environment. Therefore, the present study aims to elaborate an Organizational Planning proposal for a micro-enterprise in the civil construction sector in the city of Nonoai - RS. The research configures a qualitative approach. As for the purposes, it is a descriptive research, and as for the means, a bibliographical research, field research and case study. The technique used for data collection was documentary research, based on reports made available by the company, and simple observation. In the analysis and interpretation of the data, the content analysis method was used, where the collected information was analyzed and described in the present work. In this way, the proposed implementation of an organizational plan will contribute to the administrative area of the company, being able to improve internal processes and results. Through the analysis, it was possible to apply the SWOT Matrix and highlight the quadrants that the company needs to pay more attention to, and which strategy needs to be adopted at the moment. It should be noted that the implementation and control of the proposals made through the study is at the discretion of the company's owners. Finally, if the study's proposals are applied, a new research can be carried out in the future, seeking to understand whether the proposed actions are yielding positive results for the organization.
