Relação entre hábito de crescimento e ciclo na cultura do feijão

Abstract

The present work aims to evaluate the relationship between growth habit and cycle in bean lines. The experiment was conducted in the experimental area of the Federal University of Fronteira Sul, Campus Erechim. A total of 13 genotypes were evaluated: TB 02-07, TB 02-20, TB 03-07, TB 03-27, TB 03-08, TB 03-26, Linhagem, TB 03-11, BRS Intrépido, BRS Paisano, BRS Expedito, Macanudo and Macotaço. The characters analyzed included determining the growth habit of 13 bean genotypes, measuring the cycle and days until flowering of these genotypes. The flowering and cycle data obtained were subjected to analysis of variance using the Genes software. The present study did not provide definitive answers as to whether there is a direct or indirect relationship with the bean plant's cultivation cycle, suggesting that other factors may have influenced the obtained results.
