| Resume: | O setor agropecuário configurou-se ao longo dos anos como um espaço de poder político e nas mídias. No entanto é importante observar se este setor possui representatividade em termos econômicos. O presente trabalho consiste em analisar a participação do setor agropecuário brasileiro em termos macroeconômicos, de arrecadação tributária e a política pública de crédito rural subsidiado, comparando os períodos 2018-2019 e 2020-2021. Para alcançar os objetivos foi realizada uma pesquisa documental e bibliográfica. A partir dos resultados é possível perceber que a agropecuária não tem muita representatividade, em termos de arrecadação tributária na economia brasileira, além de ter uma pequena participação no Produto Interno Bruto (PIB). |
| Abstract: | The agricultural sector has shaped itself over the years as a space of political and media power. However, it is important to observe whether this sector is representative in economic terms. The present work consists of analyzing the participation of the Brazilian agricultural sector in macroeconomic terms, tax collection and public policy on subsidized rural credit, comparing the periods 2018- 2019 and 2020-2021. To achieve the objectives, documentary and bibliographical research was carried out. From the results it is possible to see that agriculture does not have much representation, in terms of tax collection in the Brazilian economy, in addition to having a small share in the Gross Domestic Product (GDP). |
