| Resume: | O principal foco desta pesquisa, é analisar as leis 10.639/03 e 11.645/08 que exigem a presença dos estudos da história e cultura das populações afro-brasileiras e indígenas se encontram em materiais didáticos do (NEM). O Novo Ensino Médio foi aprovado pelo senado brasileiro no ano de 2017 durante o mandato do ex-presidente Michel Temer (MDB). Todavia, só veio a ser integralmente implementado nas escolas privadas e públicas em 2022. Uma das problemáticas que serão expostas neste trabalho é que o NEM foi imposto de maneira repentina e sem diálogo com as comunidades escolares do país, o que vem gerando uma onda de debates e movimentos contrários ao novo método educacional, e que atualmente é vigente nas instituições de ensino básico. Deste modo a pergunta de pesquisa é como estas temáticas estão sendo abordadas e/ou respeitadas em uma perspectiva decolonial e antirracista?. Este Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso propõe um percurso na literatura acerca de racismo, educação das relações étnico-raciais a partir, principalmente dos seguintes autores Almeida (2019) Borges (2019) e Alexander (2010) |
| Abstract: | The new High School was approved by the Brazilian Senate in 2017 during the term of former president Michel Temer (MDB). However, it was only fully implemented in private and public schools in 2022. One of the problems that will be exposed in this work is that the NEM was imposed suddenly and without dialogue with the country's school communities, which has generated a wave of debates and movements contrary to the new educational method currently in force in basic education institutions. Furthermore, the main focus of this research is to analyze whether the demands of laws 10.639/03 and 11.645/08 present in the Brazilian constitution and which require the presence of studies on the history and culture of Afro-Brazilian and indigenous populations are found in the new teaching materials. In this way, I will investigate whether these themes are being properly addressed and respected from a decolonial and anti-racist perspective. This Course Completion Work proposes a journey through the literature on racism, education of ethnic-racial relations based mainly on the following authors Almeida (2019) Borges (2019) and Alexander (2010).
