Author: Cominetti, Leandro
First advisor: Camerini, Nerandi Luiz
Abstract: This study aimed to evaluate the efficiency of foliar fertilization assessing some performance variables and soybean morphology (Glycine max). The treatments were formulated using two products (foliar fertilizers) applied at two different developmental stages of the plant, V5 and R1. The treatments were evaluated according to the different doses of foliar fertilization of the two formulated products (T1), (T2), (T3), (T4) and (T5) with 5 replications each plot, totaling 25 plots. The results obtained for number of branches per plant, thousand grain weight and yield there were no statistical difference between the five treatments so the foliar fertilization did not show positive results for these yield components. In the plant height component a statistical difference was observed in the T5 and T4 treatments, which did not differ but it does not mean that these treatments had higher thousand kernel weight and higher yield. In the leaf area component was no statistical difference between treatments, even though T3 did not differ from T2, T4 and T5, had higher leaf area but not meaning higher thousand grain yield and weights.
