| Resume: | A fixação biológica de nitrogênio em feijoeiro através da simbiose com Rhizobium tropici se apresenta como uma alternativa para a redução do uso dos fertilizantes nitrogenados. Esse trabalho teve o objetivo de avaliar a capacidade de nodulação e fixação biológica de nitrogênio com diferentes estirpes de Rhizobium (SEMIA 4080, SEMIA 4077 e SEMIA4080 + SEMIA 4077), aplicadas em pré-plantio nas sementes da cultivar de feijoeiro BRS Explendor. O experimento foi realizado no município de Cerro Largo, caracterizado pela predominância do Latossolo Vermelho Distroférrico Típico, o experimento conduzido em blocos ao acaso, com quatro repetições. Nas condições do ensaio a inoculação se mostrou eficiente para a nodulação das raízes, influenciando positivamente sobre a área foliar e o número de vagens quando comparadas ao tratamento testemunha (sem inoculação). |
| Abstract: | The nitrogen biologic fixation by the bacteria Rhizobium tropici is an alternative to the reduction of the nitrogen fertilizers. This work aimed to evaluate the ability of nodulation and nitrogen biological fixation with different strains of Rhizobium (SEMIA, SEMIA 4080 4077 and SEMIA4080 + SEMIA 4077), applied in pré-plantio in seeds on bean cultivar BRS Explendor in Cerro Largo, which prevails the typic distroferric red latosoil, the experiment was conducted in randomized blocks design with four repetitions. Under the test conditions inoculation proved efficient for nodulation of the roots, positively influencing on the foliar area and the number of pods when compared to witness treatment (without inoculation). |
