| Title: | A formação de professores para a EJA como tema de pesquisa |

| Resume: | O presente estudo, de natureza bibliográfica, também denominado de “estado do conhecimento”, buscou explicitar e analisar as principais características reveladas pela produção acadêmica nacional sobre a formação de professores para a Educação de Jovens e Adultos. O corpus de análise da pesquisa foi composto por artigos, teses e dissertações desenvolvidas no período de 2004 a 2013 e disponíveis em três bancos de dados: Atas das Reuniões Anuais da Associação Nacional de Pós-Graduação e Pesquisa em Educação (ANPEd), Banco de Teses da CAPES e periódicos vinculados à base de dados SciELO. As expressões de busca utilizadas para a seleção dos textos foram: “formação de professores para a EJA” e “EJA”. Com estes critérios foi possível identificar 35 produções acadêmicas, sendo, 28 artigos científicos (15 nas Atas da ANPEd e 13 em periódicos da área), cinco dissertações e duas teses. Os dados apontam para: (1) que a produção nacional sobre o tema é ainda incipiente; (2) que a produção origina-se prioritariamente de instituições de educação superior da região Sudeste, com destaque para a UFMG e PUC/SP; (3) que os sujeitos com maior presença nas pesquisas são os professores da Educação de Jovens e Adultos; (4) que as obras de Paulo Freire estão presentes na grande maioria dos estudos, havendo destaque para o livro “Pedagogia da Autonomia”; (5) que as dimensões da formação de professores mais investigadas são: Identidade e Profissionalização Docente, análise da prática pedagógica, formação inicial e formação continuada de professores; (6) e que Paulo Freire é o principal referencial teórico de apoio aos estudos. |
| Abstract: | The present bibliographic study, also called “state of knowledge”, aimed to explain and to analyze the principal characteristics revealed by the national academic production about teacher training for the Young and Adults Education. The research corpus of analysis was composed by articles, theses and dissertations developed in the period from 2004 to 2013. Those documents are available in three diferente databases: Minutes of the Anual Meetings of the Nacional Association of PostGraduation and Reasearch in Education (ANPEd), Theses Bank from CAPES e periodicals bound to SciELO database. The search expressions used for the selection of the texts were: “teachers training for EJA” and “EJA”. With these parameters it was possible to identify 35 academic productions, of which 28 were scientific articles (15 in the Minutes of ANPEd e 13 in the area periodicals), five dissertations and two theses. The data points that: (1) the national production about the subject is still incipient; (2) the production is mainly created by the institutions of higher education from the Southeast region, with emphasis on the UFMG and the PUC/SP; (3) the subjects of greater presence in researches are the Teachers from The Young and Adults Education; (4) the works of Paulo Freire are present in the great part of the studies, with focus on the book “Pedagogy of Autonomy”; (5) the most investigated dimensions of the teachers training are: Identity and Lecturer Professionalization, analysis of the pedagogical practice, initial and continued formation of Teachers. |
