| Resume: | O processo de planejamento tem importante papel na formação de uma empresa, ao passo que um novo empreendimento planejado tem melhores perspectivas de sucesso, reunindo todos as necessidades em um único documento, neste caso o plano de negócios. Uma ferramenta que permite ao empreendedor avaliar uma oportunidade de negócio futuro antes de sua implantação, avaliando a viabilidade e o retorno a partir da mensuração dos possíveis resultados. Doravante, o objetivo geral deste trabalho foi a construção de um plano de negócios para a implantação de uma Academia de Ginástica no município de Xanxerê. Um estudo que definiu, a partir de questionários aplicados o perfil dos frequentadores de academia de ginástica, assim, conhecendo seu hábitos, delineou estratégias para a implantação do novo empreendimento. Já, com relação aos resultados, verificou-se a viabilidade do negócio apesar dos resultados de rentabilidade e lucratividade surgirem em um tempo maior a partir da implantação da mesma, devido a evolução das matrículas, assim exigindo um maior esforço de caixa. Concluído-se este estudo, percebe-se que a implantação de um negócio novo exige todo um estudo que permita avaliar a realidade contextual. |
| Abstract: | The planning process has an important role in the formation of a company, while a planned new venture has better prospects of success, meeting all requirements in a single document, in this case the business plan. A tool that allows the entrepreneur to evaluate a future business opportunity before its implementation, assessing the feasibility and the return from the measurement of the possible outcomes. From now on, the aim of this study was to build a business plan for the implementation of a Gym in the municipality of Xanxerê. A study that defined from the questionnaires. Regarding the results, it was the viability of the business despite the results of profitability and profitability arise in a longer time after the implementation of the same, because the evolution of enrollment, thus requiring a higher cash effort. Done up this study, it is clear that the implementation of a new business requires a whole study to evaluate the contextual reality. |
