Um exame sobre a função social da escola no Plano Estadual de Educação do Estado de Santa Catarina 2015-2024: primeiras aproximações para a compreensão do recente papel do estado catarinense na formação do trabalho produtivo

Abstract

This monograph aims to present the results of a study that sought to make the first approaches regarding the social function of the school against the role of the State in the formation of productive work, based on the examination of the new State Education Plan (PEE-SC) , Effective for the period 2015-2024. The objective was to point out the prescriptions present in this Plan regarding the social role of the public school and its role in the reproduction of the sociability of capital. For this purpose, it was sought inside this document, manifestations of the recommendations made by the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) from the document Evaluations of National Policies of Education: State of Santa Catarina, published by that organization in the year of 2010. As a theoretical reference, we use the concept of productive labor, captured by Karl Marx as one of the fundamental categories for the achievement of the capital movement. We operate with this referential because during the investigation process we realize that since the end of the second millennium the State of Santa Catarina presents an accelerated movement of important reforms in the field of Education in the sense of temporizing the reproduction of the productive forces before the New capital demands for the formation of a regional workforce. As a research problem, we understand as vital importance to historicize the political trajectory of the construction of the PEE-SC, trying to identify the hegemonic groups in the process of construction / elaboration of the Plan. For all purposes, the characteristics of this type of historiographical investigation and diffusion is an approach in the field of the history of the present time, concept approached by Eric Hobsbawm, and using as methodology the exploratory / empirical research of the documents that guide the formulation of this new education plan for Santa Catarina.
