| Title: | Transição da profissão docente do masculino ao feminino: o que revelam e velam as pesquisas |

| Resume: | Este trabalho teve como propósito conhecer a evolução da profissão docente em termos do percurso masculino ao feminino, o que revelam e o que velam as pesquisas, tendo como objetivo conhecer os seus caminhos históricos e sociais. Para construção deste, foi realizada uma pesquisa bibliográfica na biblioteca virtual da ANPEd, no GT-08 - Formação de Professores – no período de 2005 a 2015, na qual foi realizado um levantamento dos trabalhos publicados que abordassem sobre a masculinização e a feminização no magistério, por meio do uso dos descritores: mulheres e docência; gênero e docência e homens e docência. O objetivo foi resgatar sua história, selecionando, apenas as pesquisas que poderiam auxiliar na resposta da questão central deste estudo. Podemos inferir que os homens não se afastaram da docência somente pelas evoluções econômicas oriundas da revolução industrial, mas também pelas depreciações direcionadas a docência no momento em que o governo imperial se obrigou a dar espaço para que o gênero feminino entrasse na profissão. Perante os dados analisados na pesquisa, não foi encontrado nenhum trabalho publicado, que relatasse explicitamente tal afastamento, os estudos direcionados ao tema, em sua maioria, trouxeram discussões sobre as mulheres na docência. |
| Abstract: | This study aimed to get to know the evolution of the profession of teaching regarding the masculine and feminine pathways in terms of its historic and social aspects. It was build over a bibliographic review at the ANPEd, GT-08 – Teacher Graduation – virtual library from 2005 till 2015, including publications on masculinization and feminization in teaching using the key-words: women and teaching, gender and teaching and men and teaching. According to the findings, the men has gotten away of teaching not only because of the economic evolution coming from the progress in the industrial field, but also for the depreciation in teaching caused by the moment when the imperial government opened up for more space for the feminine gender in the profession. The data analysis showed no study that could explained deeply such leave, most of them discussed aspects of women in teaching, instead. |
