Inventário da oferta turística no município de Itapiranga (SC)

Abstract

Cataloging the turistic offer is one of the fundamental steps for the development of the planning for the turism in one region. Its proper planning allows sustentability. The main objective of this work was to creat a catalog of the turistic offer, to identify its infrastructure, service and equipament in Itapiranga – SC. This process began with an literary research in turistic guides, jornals, technical documents and others. This was necessary to be able to have an overview of the existent work. Professionals of this area also helped with the inicial information posing. The data about the infrastructure and general aspects were found in secondary sources, such as Public Agencies. The information about the equipaments, turistic services and atractions were found in previous works and in in loco visits of the site (some of those were never registred before). The forms of the Ministery of Turism were used to record the founded information and to sort them by category, type and subtype, as foreseen in the Program of turistic regionalization – Brazil’s Guide, 2011 („Programa de Regionalização do Turismo - Roteiros do Brasil, 2011“). With all this information it was possible to assure that the county of Itapiranga – SC has reasanoble turistic infrastructure. Altogether forty-eight turism attractions were cataloged in Itapiranga, whose thirty four are founded in the county’s rural area. Those attractions are divided in: natural, cultural, economical activities and planned events.
