| Resumo: | Este estudo tem por objetivo apresentar um mapeamento da educação infantil no campo na região do Alto Uruguai gaúcho, bem como, refletir sobre os dados atualmente coletados. A região do Alto Uruguai gaúcho é composta por 32 municípios, os quais são atendidos pelo sistema de ensino da esfera estadual e municipal. Por seu objetivo a análise é do tipo bibliográfica e de dados estatísticos, para qual são tomados autores que abordam este tema e, também o uso de elementos quantitativos, que nos permite mostrar a população residente no campo, o número de escolas e de matrículas na educação infantil na região do Alto Uruguai. A partir destes dados, foram construídos quadros e gráficos, com a intenção de apresentar e discutir a atual realidade regional no que diz respeito à educação infantil. Apresenta-se especificidades da educação infantil e da educação do campo, discute-se aspectos legais das políticas públicas, que permeiam o direito, o acesso e a permanência da educação infantil no campo, defendo o direito da criança frequentar a educação infantil no campo, tendo acesso ao conhecimento, independente das desigualdades existentes. A educação infantil que segundo a LDB é a primeira etapa da educação básica, baseia-se como parte fundamental na formação da criança, proporcionando-lhes espaços de diferentes saberes e conhecimentos. Considerase, portanto, que os resultados analisados apresentam ainda um impacto relevante no que se refere às escolas e ao número de matrículas no campo na região, com a relação do trabalho foi possível evidenciar que a educação infantil na região tem uma população de grande residência no campo o que aponta a necessidade de pensar na garantia e no direito à educação também no espaço do campo. Os resultados da pesquisa se traduziram na produção de um retrato da educação infantil na região do Alto Uruguai, analisando a educação e as relações deste contexto |
| Abstract/Resumen: | This study aims to present a mapping of children's education in the field in the region of Alto Uruguai gaucho, as well as, reflect on the data currently collected. The region of Alto Uruguai Gaucho consists of 32 municipalities, which are served by the state and municipal education system. For its purpose, the analysis is of a bibliographic type and of statistical data, which are taken by authors that approach this theme, and also the use of quantitative elements, which allows us to show the resident population in the field, the number of schools and enrollments in the Education in the Upper Uruguay region. From these data, tables and graphs were constructed, with the intention of presenting and discussing the current regional reality with regard to early childhood education. It presents the specifics of children's education and rural education, discusses legal aspects of public policies that permeate the right, access and permanence of children's education in the field, advocates the right of the child to attend child education in the field, Access to knowledge, regardless of existing inequalities. According to the LDB, early childhood education is the first stage of basic education. It is based as a fundamental part of the formation of the child, providing them with spaces of different knowledge and knowledge. It is considered, therefore, that the results analyzed still have a relevant impact with regard to schools and the number of enrollments in the field in the region, with the relation of the work it was possible to evidence that the education of children in the region has a population of great residence in the Which points to the need to think about the guarantee and the right to education also in the countryside.
