| Resume: | A temática da pesquisa refere-se à qualidade de vida no trabalho, tendo como finalidade analisar a percepção dos pesquisados em relação aos aspectos biológicos, psicológicos, sociais e organizacionais. Dessa forma, o estudo tem como problema de pesquisa: Qual a percepção dos servidores da Secretaria de Saúde da Prefeitura Municipal de Roque Gonzales/RS, em relação à qualidade de vida no trabalho? Para responder a este problema, estabeleceu-se como objetivo geral do trabalho verificar a percepção dos servidores da secretaria de saúde da Prefeitura municipal de Roque Gonzales/RS em relação à qualidade de vida no trabalho. Para atingir ao objetivo, optou-se pela realização de uma pesquisa do tipo descritiva, pois se pretende analisar, conhecer, identificar e detectar a percepção dos servidores em relação à qualidade de vida no trabalho. Quanto à natureza da pesquisa, classifica-se como quantitativa. Conforme Prodanov e Freitas (2013), a pesquisa quantitativa considera que tudo pode ser quantificável, o que significa revelar em números opiniões e informações para classificá-las e analisá-las. Sendo os dados coletados por meio de questionário estruturado sobre a qualidade de vida no trabalho, originalmente elaborado por Limongi-França (1996), sendo adaptado e reformulado para a presente pesquisa, o mesmo possui ainda, uma escala likert (de 0 a 10), onde foram obtidas as médias, porcentagens, e desvio-padrão. Para facilitar a análise, os dados foram analisados através de planilhas eletrônicas do software LibreOffice, na qual realizou-se tabelas para melhor compreensão dos resultados. Constatou-se que ambos os aspectos biopsicossociais foram considerados satisfatórios pelos respondentes da pesquisa, sendo o aspecto psicológico o que possui maior média de satisfação, o que correspondeu a 7,23. O aspecto que possui menor média de satisfação foi o aspecto biológico, com média igual a 7,01. A maioria dos respondentes da pesquisa relacionou a qualidade de vida no trabalho com a palavra “confiança”, e quanto ao estado pessoal de qualidade de vida no trabalho os respondentes encontram-se satisfeitos com ambos os critérios, sendo o critério com maior media relacionado à satisfação com o seu modo próprio de viver o dia a dia (estilo de vida) e a menor média atribuída ao estado geral de tensão (stress) pessoal, ambos com médias 8,19 e 5,95, respectivamente. Quanto às ocorrências de saúde-doença, os aspectos que apresentaram maior índice de ocorrência foram a utilização de remédios para dores especificas e a ausência no trabalho por mal-estar ou doença, sendo estas assinaladas 14 e 10 vezes, respectivamente. | Abstract: | The search thematic refers to the quality of life at work, aiming to analyze the researched perceptions regarding to biological, psychological, social and organizational aspects. Therefore, as a study problematic: What is the perception of the servers from the City Hall of Roque Gonzales/RS Secretary, concerning to the quality of life at work? To answer this problem, a main goal was established to verify servers’ perception from the health secretary of the City Hall of Roque Gonzales/RS regarding to the quality of life at work. To reach the present goal, a descriptive research was opted, since it is intended to analyze, recognize, identify and detect the servers’ perception in relation with their quality of life at work. As for the research nature, it can be classify as quantitative. According to Prodanov and Freitas (2013), the quantitative research consider everything that can be quantified, which means that it can turn opinions and information into numbers to classify and analyze them. The data were collected through a structured questionnaire about quality of life at work, originally elaborated by Limongi-França (1996), adapted and reformulated for the present study, with a likert scale (0 to 10), where the averages, percentages and standard deviation were obtained. To facilitate the analysis, the data were analyzed through spreadsheet from the LibreOffice software, on which tables were developed for better comprehension of results. It was verified that the research respondents considered both biopsychosocial aspects satisfactory, although psychological aspects obtained a highest satisfaction average, which corresponds to 7,23. The lower satisfaction average obtained was the biological aspect, its average equals to 7,01. Most of the respondents related quality of life at work with the word “trust”, as for the personal state of quality of life at work the respondents were found satisfied with both criteria, being the self-manner of live dairy (lifestyle) the criterion with highest average associated to satisfaction, on the other hand the lower average was attributed to a general state of personal tension (stress), both with 8,19 and 5,95 averages, respectively. As to the health-disease occurrences, the aspects that presented predominance were the usage of medicine for specific pains and the absence at work due to malaise or diseases, checked 14 and 1 time, respectively. Finally, the majority of respondents believe that the present research may collaborate for possible improvements on what concerns quality of life at work. |
