Autogestão em cooperativas de economia solidária: um estudo de caso em associadas da rede missioneira da agricultura familiar

Abstract

The cooperatives of solidary economy have social and economical importance for the cooperatives family farmers and for the comunity that are inserted. The general objetive of this work is analyze the pratical of the self-management on the solidary economy cooperatives associated to the Family Farming Missionary Network. This analysis was fulfilled by the field searches, of the perceptions and experiences of the solidary economy cooperatives managers. The metodology consisted in a study of multiples cases, with qualitative approaches, being searching twenty-one leaders in seven solidary economy cooperatives associated to the Family Farming Missionary Network, with abrangence in seven counties of the Missions Region, northwest of Rio Grande do Sul. By the analysis of the field survey data was made the description of the solidary economy cooperatives, which mainly operate in the commercialization of family farmers products, in the direct market to te final consumer and the institucional market, having 938 associated , indirectaly generating job and income for about 3.752 people in the family agriculture in the region, and have grand relevance for the local development of the communities where are they inserted. The search concludes tha the pratical of self-management is parcial in the solidary economy cooperatives, meeting the criteria of coletctive enterprise, deletion of hierarchy in the decisions, due tho the main decisions being taken at general meetings by all of the associated. However, in the compromentiment and active participation of the associated in the general meetings, in the functioning of the fiscal council, in the frequence and product delivery fidelity, in the lack of knowledge of all the social objectives of the cooperative, the full exercise of self-management in the cooperative researched is weakened.
