| Resume: | O presente trabalho tem como tema a violência sofrida pelas mulheres na região de Erechim/RS nas décadas de 1940 e 1950 por meio da análise de três fontes disponíveis no Arquivo Histórico Municipal Juarez Miguel Illa Font. Foram analisados dois processos-crime sendo um de homicídio e um de defloramento, bem como uma notícia publicada no jornal local A Voz da Serra. A partir da bibliografia acerca das discussões de gênero e da história das mulheres buscou-se entender como elas eram representadas no discurso jurídico, assim como elementos que nos ajudassem a compreender seu cotidiano. Desta forma, procuramos expor o contexto sócio-econômico erexinense no período e, posteriormente tecemos algumas considerações acerca das fontes para, em seguida, realizar a análise dos documentos verificando, através dos discursos jurídicos as principais formas de violência que atingiram as mulheres descendentes de imigrantes na região de Erechim. |
| Resumen : | The present work has as its theme the violence suffered by women in the region of Erechim / RS in the 1940s and 1950s through the analysis of three sources available in the Municipal Historical Archive Juarez Miguel Illa Font. Two crime cases were analyzed, one of homicide and one of defloration, as well as a report published in the local newspaper A Voz da Serra. From the bibliography about the gender discussions and women's history, we sought to understand how they were represented in the legal discourse, as well as elements that would help us to understand their daily lives. In this way, we try to expose the socio-economic context in the period and then we make some considerations about the sources and then carry out the analysis of the documents verifying through the legal discourses the main forms of violence that affected women descendants of immigrants in the region of Erechim. |
