Educação ambiental no combate da dengue em espações educativos

Abstract

In order to put into practice the knowledge learned in the course of Chemistry Degree, and aware of the responsibility assumed as future teacher in to prepare learners not only for chemical knowledge, but to prepare them for society in a conscious and healthy way, that this study highlights the debate on Environmental Education (EA) in the fight against Dengue. For Therefore, the pretension is to make educational spaces multipliers of activities to EA, especially with regard to health care. School is an environment for health-related issues are addressed, we would like to highlight Dengue. Therefore, we are based on a qualitative methodology, listing aspects of the experience of an Environmental Surveillance laboratory that works in the fight against Dengue in the municipality of Santo Ângelo-RS, as well as in a Using the descriptors: "Dengue and Environmental Education" in the period from 2006 to 2018. What moved us to bring the categories of: (i) information and interventions on the work of the Environmental Surveillance, as well as some (ii) aspects that EA can changing habits by providing a better quality of life in the fight against Dengue in which each individual feels responsible for doing something to improve individual and collective agreements. Finally, the contribution of EE strategies to the prevention and control of Dengue in the context of schools will make a difference in the contemporary world.
