| Resume: | O presente estudo trata a respeito da gestão de uma propriedade rural familiar, localizada no interior do município de Guarani das Missões-RS, tendo como ênfase a análise das expectativas e respostas do gestor/agricultor familiar sobre a implantação do software RuralPro. Nesse contexto, o objetivo deste estudo foi analisar as expectativas e as respostas em curto prazo percebidas pelo gestor a partir da implantação do software RuralPro em uma propriedade rural familiar. Metodologicamente, optou-se pela pesquisa qualitativa de natureza aplicada. Outrossim, a fim de alcançar o objetivo da investigação, utilizou-se a pesquisa descritiva, lançando mão do estudo de caso, como modalidade de pesquisa para desenvolver este tipo de investigação. Ressalta-se que a amostra abrange um único gestor/agricultor familiar e a coleta de dados ocorreu-se por meio da obtenção de dados primários (entrevistas) e dados secundários (software RuralPro). Para auxiliar na análise de coleta dos dados primários, utilizou-se o software libre Office Writter, versão 2010. Já os dados secundários, oriundos dos recursos do RuralPro, foram analisados em relação ao inventário e a análise econômica e geral da propriedade rural familiar. Como resultado, destaca-se que o software RuralPro permite aos técnicos e aos agricultores, de maneira simples e objetiva, analisar o desempenho econômico de suas propriedades rurais e de suas atividades. Constatou-se que o agricultor realiza um planejamento básico de sua propriedade, procurando registrar as despesas e receitas das atividades realizadas. Observou-se também que o software gera inúmeras informações, como o inventário e as análises econômicas, isto possibilitou conhecimentos de dados da propriedade, proporcionando confiança para o gestor analisar e tomar decisões. Vale destacar que, o programa propiciou satisfação e contribuições para a gestão administrativa da propriedade rural e, desse modo, recomenda-se a utilização contínua do software RuralPro, pois é um programa gratuito e está em constante atualização às necessidades dos gestores rurais. Por fim, afirma-se que os resultados alcançados foram positivos, pois o gestor/agricultor familiar pôde entender as informações do referido software e vislumbrar a melhoria da qualidade da gestão de seu empreendimento, enquanto que conhecer a realidade da gestão de uma propriedade rural familiar foi uma conquista de conhecimento para o aluno/pesquisador. |
| Abstract: | The present study deals with the management of a family farm, located in the interior of the municipality of Guarani das Missões-RS, with emphasis on the analysis of expectations and responses of the family manager / farmer about the implementation of RuralPro software. In this context, the objective of this study was to analyze the expectations and the short-term responses perceived by the manager from the implementation of RuralPro software in a familiar rural property. Methodologically, qualitative research of an applied nature was chosen. Also, in order to reach the research objective, descriptive research was used, using the case study as a research modality to develop this type of research. It should be emphasized that the sample includes a single family manager / farmer and the data collection took place through the collection of primary data (interviews) and secondary data (RuralPro software). To assist in the analysis of primary data collection, the free software Office Writter, version 2010 was used. Secondary data, derived from the RuralPro resources, were analyzed in relation to the inventory and the economic and general analysis of the rural family property. As a result, it should be noted that the RuralPro software allows technicians and farmers, in a simple and objective way, to analyze the economic performance of their rural properties and their activities. It was verified that the farmer realizes a basic planning of his property, trying to record the expenses and revenues of the realized activities. It was also observed that the software generates innumerable information, such as inventory and economic analysis, this allowed knowledge of property data, providing confidence for the manager to analyze and make decisions. It is worth mentioning that the program has provided satisfaction and contributions to the administrative management of rural property and, therefore, it is recommended to use RuralPro software continuously, as it is a free program and is constantly updated to the needs of rural managers. Finally, it is stated that the results achieved were positive, since the family manager / farmer was able to understand the information of said software and to see the improvement of the quality of the management of his enterprise, while knowing the reality of the management of a familiar rural property was an achievement of knowledge for the student / researcher. |
