A contribuição da educação física para o desenvolvimento psicomotor na infância: uma leitura interdisciplinar

Abstract

From child development, where children learn playing, and thereby experience the world, discovering and knowing yourself, where the body is the common axis that stage in school, is the spokesman of the child is present in and outside the classroom, so it should be used as a vehicle for learning by educators, entering physical education with other disciplines and thus exploiting interdisciplinarity between them. Physical education is characterized by movement, and motor skills, according to Soares (2006), should be worked early with the kids, working the mind and body together, thus seeking to own the same reasoning. Childhood is a period of very intense activity: the costumes and body movements occupy almost the entire time the child. And so, through a methodology with a grounding in literature searches and websites that were related, this research aims to enhance Physical Education in schools and show how it can be worked to contribute to the psychomotor development of children in early childhood education and as an education system can help in the psychomotor development of children in an interdisciplinary aspect, thus demonstrating the importance of Physical Education in Early Childhood Education in an interdisciplinary view.
