| Resume: | O presente trabalho de conclusão de curso propõe o estudo dos sepultamentos, especialmente dos acompanhamentos funerários encontrados nos sítios Guarani da margem direita do alto rio Uruguai. No primeiro momento fazemos um apanhado geral sobre pré-história na América e sobre o termo “Guarani” e a história desse povo, migrações e formas de viver. Como fontes foi utilizado basicamente a bibliografia produzida sobre a região. Abordamos os principais autores que trabalham com os Guarani no sul do Brasil, buscando chegar até a região abordada na pesquisa. Em seguida partimos da bibliografia existente, através principalmente de relatórios de escavação para a descrição dos sítios e dos materiais encontrados, características, projetos, localização geográfica e afins. Desta forma buscando fazer uma reflexão sobre esses materiais, seu contexto funerário e a forma de pensar a morte para os Guarani. |
| Resumen : | This work proposes the study of burials, especially funerary accompaniments found in the Guarani sites on the right bank of the upper Uruguay River. In the first moment, there’s a summary about prehistory in America, about the term "Guarani" and the history of this people, migrations and ways of life. In the sources, it was used basically the bibliography produced about the region. It was approached the main authors who work with the Guarani in the south of Brazil, seeking to reach the region addressed in the research. Then it was started from the bibliography, mainly through excavation reports for the description of the sites and materials found, characteristics, projects and geographic location. So we seek to reflect about these materials, their funerary context and how to think about death for the Guarani. |
