Objetos virtuais de aprendizagem: uma análise dos artigos científicos publicados no XII Encontro Nacional de Educação Matemática

Abstract

Tools like smartphones and computers have been getting important place in people's life and in the most different spaces. So, considering the teaching of mathematics, it is important to observe how these tools have been inserted in the school context. The study contemplates the subject of Information and Communication Technologies (TIC) in Mathematics Education and has as a research point the following question: what are the main approaches present in the articles published in the annals of the XII ENEM – Encontro Nacional de Educação Matemática, regarding the use of TIC in math teaching? The research is part of the qualitative perspective, with a bibliographic design, including the localization, identification and analysis of published scientific articles. For this analysis, five categories that include different approaches in the use of ICT in the classroom, were defined: use of TIC as a tool (the produce of some result), tool to illustrate concepts, directed study and activities in sequence, activities involving programming and games. The results point to the categories defined in the research, and seek to understand how some were more frequent than the others, looking at the possible factors involved in these results.
