| Resume: | Este trabalho trata do discurso sobre o ensino de Língua Portuguesa nos cursos de Direito, de universidades federais da região Sul do Brasil, com base em pressupostos teóricos da Análise de Discurso (AD), de vertente franco-brasileira, em diálogo com a História das Ideias Linguísticas (HIL), em que os fios discursivos são tecidos com o propósito de refletir sobre o imaginário de língua que emerge do discurso sobre o ensino de Língua Portuguesa nos cursos de Direito. O trabalho se dá por meio da análise dos saberes acerca da língua que circulam no discurso documental dos cursos de Direito destas universidades. A seleção do corpus foi feita a partir de arquivo documental, institucional, em que se trabalha com a memória de um tempo presente, a partir da análise dos ementários dos componentes curriculares de Língua Portuguesa ou com nomes congêneres, que tratam sobre o ensino da língua, em que se busca conhecer e refletir sobre esse imaginário que é produzido. Para a composição do tecido discursivo-analítico, primeiramente, buscando na historicidade do ensino superior, investigou-se o lugar da Língua Portuguesa nos cursos de Direito. Com base na análise de arquivo documental dos cursos de Direito que fazem parte do arquivo de pesquisa, investigou-se acerca da historicidade e dos principais saberes sobre a língua que circulam nos cursos de Direito. Para finalizar, fez-se uma reflexão sobre o imaginário de língua que se produz a partir dos saberes sobre a Língua Portuguesa que circulam nos cursos de Graduação em Direito, das universidades federais da região Sul do Brasil, que fazem parte do arquivo da pesquisa. |
| Abstract: | The present study deals with the discourse on Portuguese Language teaching in Law schools of Southern Brazil Federal Universities, based on theoretical assumptions of Discourse Analysis of French-Brazilian strand (DA) dialoguing with the History of Linguistic Ideas (HLI), wherein discursive yarns are woven with the purpose of thinking over the imaginary of language that emerges from the discourse about the Portuguese Language teaching in Law courses. The study is given from the analysis of the knowledge of language circulating on documental discourse of Law courses of analyzed universities. The corpus selection was made from documental, institutional archive, whereupon is worked with the memory of a present time, from the analysis of Portuguese Language course component syllabus or congeners names, that deal with Language teaching, on which is sought to know and think over this produced imaginary. For the weaving of the discourse-analytic tissue, firstly, searching in historicity of Higher Education, it is investigated the Portuguese Language place on law courses. Based on the documentary file analysis of the Law Courses that are part of the research file, it is investigated the historicity and the main knowledge of language that circulate on Law Courses and, to finish, a reflection is made on imaginary of language produced from this knowledge of Portuguese language circulating on Law Graduation Courses on Brazilian Southern Federal Universities that are part of the research file. |
