Abstract

The research has as its theme the high school factory model at the Semente da Conquista State School, for agrarian reform settlers, and its objective is to analyze the reflexes of the factory model at this school, located in the 25 de Maio settlement, in Abelardo Municipality. Luz / SC. The methodology is qualitative in nature, through semi-structured interviews with three students (one graduates and two students, one from each high school grade and one school staff), one school employee and one school teacher, as well as documentary research and literature review. It can be seen that the structure of the school is designed to be of a standard form, with reference to the industries or the world of work, generating a "qualification" for the market, the students from the school space. Participant observation of the school and field research will be carried out with the analysis of objects and spaces in the structure of the Seed of Achievement State School: walls, queues, schedule, rules, the shape of the windows, the space divisions (office, classrooms , kitchen, storeroom, board room). This architecture is important for the naturalization of the factory space. The work aims to demonstrate what are the real functions of a high school student in the peasant space, considering that it is important in the life of the students, children of agrarian reform settlers. The work aims to understand how the school is present, in the day to day of the students and how, simple things like a window, a punch, or a bell to guarantee the schedules, define and change the condition of student-citizens to workforce. be sold on the market.
