O potencial da arquitetura rural enxaimel de Cerro Largo/RS para o turismo rural: uma alternativa de desenvolvimento local

Abstract

This study aims to identify the half-timbered houses that characterize ethnic Germans in the municipality of Cerro Largo - RS, structuring an inventory cultural tourism and propose the creation of a script visitation. The research sought to find out how copies of the half-timbered architecture rural site could be used for the benefit of farmers living in the countryside. Based on literature in print and virtual, similar experiments were analyzed, and in places with architectural potential similar to that found in Cerro Largo. It was also used as a means methodological field study in which we sought to identify cultural property with the potential to become tourist attractions in the region. Although the specimens analyzed concentrate in rural areas, which was taken as a starting point, included are some of the urban residences to be representative of this architectural typology, thus preventing these homes no longer exist, erasing part of local history. The survey results showed that there is a basis for the use of these residences as a tourist option and should suffer some adjustments.
