Resume: | Este estudo busca compreender os significados da humanização para a equipe de enfermagem de uma unidade de emergência no oeste catarinense. A investigação caracteriza com um estudo qualitativo com abordagem fenomenológica. A pesquisa desenvolveu-se na unidade de emergência do hospital geral de grande porte, localizado numa cidade da região oeste de Santa Catarina. Os participantes foram 6 profissionais de enfermagem que atuam nesta emergência; o instrumento utilizado para a coleta das informações foi a entrevista semiestruturada e para a análise dos discursos utilizou-se a hermenêutica de Paul Ricouer. Os significados da humanização para a equipe de enfermagem da emergência desvelaram os seguintes temas e subtemas: processo de trabalho no mundo do (des) cuidado, humanização no mundo do cuidado, o ser aí no encontro do outro, fortalecendo a relação de cuidado com os cuidadores, elementos favoráveis para a humanização, cuidado in (seguro) na humanização da assistência, compartilhando sobre eventos adversos e construindo o cuidado seguro. Ao compreender os significados da humanização na enfermagem, desvelou-se a humanização vivida e compreendida por esses profissionais na unidade pesquisada, caracterizado por ser um ambiente com propicias mudanças, no qual o significado da humanização se apresentou multifacetado. O encontro da humanização entre os seres que ali prestam assistência se manifestou a partir da compreensão do ser humano enquanto único e tomado de necessidades, capaz de compartilhar suas vivências e experiências no cotidiano de cuidado. |
Resumen : | This study seeks to understand the meanings of humanization for the nursing team of an emergency unit in the west of Santa Catarina. The research characterizes with a qualitative study with a phenomenological approach. The research was developed in the emergency unit of the large general hospital, located in a city in the western region of Santa Catarina. The participants were 6 nursing professionals who work in this emergency; the instrument used to collect the information was the semistructured interview and for the analysis of the discourses the hermeneutics of Paul Ricouer was used. The meanings of humanization for the emergency nursing team revealed the following themes and subthemes: work process in the world of (dis) care, humanization in the world of care, being there in the encounter of the other, strengthening the relationship of care with the carers, elements favorable to humanization, care in the humanization of care, understanding about adverse events and building safe care. Understanding the meanings of humanization in nursing revealed the humanization lived and understood by these professionals in the unit studied, characterized by being an environment with propitious changes, in which the meaning of humanization was multifaceted. The meeting of humanization among the beings who provide assistance was manifested from the understanding of the human being as unique and taken with needs, able to share their experiences and experiences in the daily care |
