| Resume: | A presente pesquisa apresentada como Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso teve como intuito discutir a formação continuada de professores. Devido à complexidade do tema, realizou-se um recorte, de modo que objetivou investigar as concepções sobre a formação continuada de professores e destacar algumas possibilidades formativas que podem ser realizadas na escola, entendo esse como lócus importantes da formação continuada. Para isso, buscou-se na abordagem qualitativa da pesquisa em educação a realização desse trabalho, que com a pesquisa bibliográfica foi possível apresentar algumas concepções sobre a formação continuada e permitiu elencar breves possibilidades para a formação continuada na escola. Os resultados alcançados com a pesquisa contribuíram significativamente com a reflexão sobre a importância da formação continuada na escola e as concepções que os professores elencam nesse processo como sendo uma formação com sentido e significado para aquilo que se intenciona a educação. Foi possível, apresentar três possibilidades formativas: grupo de estudos; revisão e/ou atualização do Projeto político-pedagógico; e projetos interdisciplinares como propostas para a formação continuada na escola. A formação continuada de professores é um contínuo aprendizado dos docentes diante dos desafios da profissão. |
| Abstract: | The present research, presented as a Course Completion Work, aimed to discuss the continuing education of teachers. Due to the complexity of the theme, a cut was made, so that it aimed to investigate the conceptions about the continuing education of teachers and highlight some training possibilities that can be carried out in the school, I understand this as an important locus of continuing education. For this, it was sought in the qualitative approach of research in education to carry out this work, which with the bibliographic researchit was possible to present some conceptions about continuing education and allowed to list brief possibilities for continuing education in school. The results achieved with the research contributed significantly to the reflection on the importance of continuing education at school and the conceptions that teachers list in this process as being a formation with meaning and meaning for what education is intended to do. It was possible to present three training possibilities: study group; review and/or update of the political-pedagogical Project; and interdisciplinary projects as proposals for continuing education at school. Continuing teacher education is a continuous learning process for teachers in the face of the challenges of the profession. |
