| Resume: | A produção de hortaliças no estado do Paraná advém predominantemente do sistema de plantio convencional. Uma das estratégias tecnológicas para auxiliar o produtor rural no processo de conversão para uma produção sustentável é a implementação do sistema de plantio direto de hortaliças (SPDH). A produção de hortaliças apresenta custos de investimentos elevados principalmente para insumos, um dos maiores entraves do sistema produtivo. O objetivo dessa pesquisa foi determinar os principais custos e coeficientes técnicos na implantação e condução de um hectare de alface produzida em SPDH orgânico em Laranjeiras do Sul/PR. O estudo foi realizado na safra agrícola 2021, através da instalação de um experimento a fim de validar o estudo realizado. A implantação e condução de um ciclo da produção de 1 ha de alface em SPDH orgânico em Laranjeiras do Sul, indicou custo total de R$38.265,00. Os insumos demonstraram-se como os elementos mais significativos dentro do custo total. Outro componente significativo dos custos foram as operações manuais. |
| Abstract: | The production of vegetables in the state of Paraná comes predominantly from the conventional planting system. One of the technological strategies to assist the rural producer in the process of converting to sustainable production is the implementation of the vegetable no-tillage system (SPDH). Vegetable production has high investment costs, mainly for inputs, one of the biggest obstacles in the production system. The objective of this research was to determine the main costs and technical coefficients in the implantation and management of a hectare of lettuce produced in organic SPDH in Laranjeiras do Sul/PR. The study was carried out in the 2021 agricultural season, through the installation of an experiment in order to validate the study carried out. The implementation and conduction of a production cycle of 1 ha of lettuce in organic SPDH in Laranjeiras do Sul, indicated a total cost of R$38,265.00. The inputs proved to be the most significant elements within the total cost. Another significant cost component was manual operations. |
