Implantação de um sistema de planejamento e controle orçamentário em uma empresa do segmento de limpeza automotiva

Abstract

This course completion paper proposes the development of a budget planning and control system in a company in the automotive cleaning segment. The study aims to elaborate a budget planning and control system for the company, verifying if the company has the requirements for the system implementation, elaborating the budget pieces to be used, and demonstrating the estimated performance of the company through the proposed control tools. This is an applied research, using the action research method, with the necessary data collected through document analysis and semi-structured interviews. The research showed that the company meets the requirements for the implementation of the budget planning and control system, also presenting that, according to the data collected from the last accounting year, the company was profitable. The elaboration of the budget planning occurred successfully, meeting the proposed objectives.
