| Resume: | O presente trabalho tem como objetivo refletir acerca das diversas mudanças ocorridas no âmbito de trabalho, especialmente decorrentes da pandemia Covid 19, enfatizando a adoção do home office nesse processo. Estudar os desafios e impactos para as empresas e seus trabalhadores, que foram submetidos a desenvolver o seu trabalho nesta modalidade de atividade, enfrentaram. Foi desenvolvida uma pesquisa com a abordagem qualitativa, portanto, utilizou-se a pesquisa bibliográfica para o desenvolvimento dos conceitos sobre o trabalho em home office, sobre o uso das tecnologias para tais atividades e as vantagens e desvantagens dessa modalidade de trabalho para as organizações. A pesquisa permitiu identificar o crescimento dessa modalidade de trabalho e pelos estudos que tem sido realizados com algumas categorias de trabalhadores pode-se identificar que o crescimento exponencial de empresas que aderiram ao home office devido às medidas restritivas impostas pela pandemia. Ressalta-se o fato de que muitas organizações pretendem continuar desenvolvendo seu trabalho nessa modalidade, mesmo após o controle da pandemia, pelos resultados alcançados. |
| Abstract: | The present work aims to reflect on the various changes that have occurred in the work environment, especially resulting from the Covid 19 pandemic, emphasizing the adoption of the home office in this process. Study the challenges and impacts for companies and their workers, who were subjected to develop their work in this type of activity, faced. A research with a qualitative approach was developed, therefore, bibliographic research was used to develop concepts about home office work, about the use of technologies for such activities and the advantages and disadvantages of this type of work for organizations. The research allowed us to identify the growth of this type of work and from the studies that have been carried out with some categories of workers, it can be identified that the exponential growth of companies that adhered to the home office due to the restrictive measures imposed by the pandemic. It is noteworthy that many organizations intend to continue developing their work in this modality, even after the control of the pandemic, due to the results achieved. |
