Relatos e reflexões acerca do estágio não obrigatório remunerado realizado pelos acadêmicos de pedagogia nas escolas de Erechim e região

Abstract

In this work, pedagogy students from the Federal University of Fronteira Sul who conclude or are doing a non-mandatory internship in schools between 2018 to 2022 were researched. The purpose of this research was to investigate the narratives of the interns who answered a questionnaire carried out through the google forms platform, which sought to investigate how the internship contributes to teacher education, as is the daily life of interns in schools, analyzing the relationships built with management, teachers and staff. There were positive reports, evidencing the lessons learned with the regent teachers, but there are also many negative narratives, which bring aspects of wear, fatigue and disagreement with some school educators. During the work, an overview of the main laws and guidelines that govern the nonmandatory internship is presented, carrying out a documentary research of these regiments. It also focused on analyzing the labor aspects of the non-mandatory internship, understood to be an educational act, but which proves to be a process of cheap labor, without the guarantee of labor rights.
