Título: Violência contra a mulher: casa Abrigo Maria Maria e rede de enfrentamento na Cidade de Chapecó-SC

Resumo: A violência contra a mulher é um fenômeno mundial, e cada vez mais está presente em nosso cotidiano, muitas vezes com pessoas da família ou do nosso círculo social, sendo vitimadas. Este trabalho aborda esse tema relevante, bem como as formas de violência contra a mulher, informações sobre as leis que auxiliam essas mulheres, dando ênfase a Lei Maria da Penha e as Redes de Proteção disponíveis para a mulher vítima de violência doméstica em Chapecó-SC. O trabalho teve por objetivo traçar um perfil econômico e social de mulheres vítimas de violência, que foram acolhidas na casa Abrigo Maria Maria no período de janeiro de 2019 a março de 2022, buscando analisar a situação profissional, escolaridade e faixa etária. Trata-se de um estudo quantitativo, com a utilização de dados coletados em cadernos de registros internos, na casa abrigo Maria Maria, que tem como objetivo acolher mulheres que sofreram violência doméstica e registraram Boletim de Ocorrência com ou sem medida protetiva. Ao final dessa pesquisa, constatou-se o baixo índice de término da escolaridade, o alto índice de mulheres sem trabalho, e automaticamente sem renda própria, a maioria com filhos para sustentar, resultando em dependência financeira dos agressores, e consequentemente na permanência, nessas relações extremamente prejudiciais a sua saúde, mental, física e emocional, ressaltando assim a importância da informação e orientação a essas mulheres vít imas de violência, para que possam sim com o auxílio das redes de proteção, melhorarem suas vidas e de seus filhos, longe da violência sofrida.
Abstract/Resumen: Violence against women is a worldwide phenomenon, and it is increasingly present in our daily lives, often with people in the family or our social circle, being victimized. This work addresses this relevant topic, as well as the forms of violence against women, information about the laws that help these women, emphasizing the Maria da Penha Law and the Protection Networks available for women victims of domestic violence in Chapecó-SC. . The objective of this work was to draw an economic and social profile of women victims of violence, who were welcomed at the Abrigo Maria Maria house from January 2019 to March 2022, seeking to analyze their professional situation, education and age group. This is a quantitative study, using data collected in notebooks of internal records, at the Maria Maria shelter, which aims to welcome women who have suffered domestic violence and have registered a police report with or without protective measures. At the end of this research, it was found the low rate of completion of schooling, the high rate of women without work, and automatically without their own income, most with children to support, resulting in financial dependence on the aggressors, and consequently in the permanence, in these relationships extremely harmful to their health, mental, physical and emotional, thus emphasizing the importance of information and guidance to these women victims of violence, so that they can, with the help of protection networks, improve their lives and their children, far from the suffered violence.
