Resume: | Este trabalho retrata sobre as transformações religiosas do século IV, em especial, da religião cristã, que adentra esse período como uma religião perseguida e finda a centúria como a religião oficial do Império Romano. Examina-se sobre o processo de transformação de um cristianismo primitivo para se tornar uma religião institucionalizada, a Igreja Católica. Descreve-se também as relações entre o Bispo Ambrósio e o Imperador Graciano, nas relações entre as esferas secular e religiosa. |
Abstract: | This work portrayed the religious transformations of the 4th century, especially the Christian religion, which enters a persecuted religion and finds a century as the official religion of the Roman Empire. It examines the process of transformation from a primitive Christianity to become an institutionalizing religion, the Catholic Church. It is also described as relations between Bishop Ambrósio and Emperor Gratian, in the relations between secular and religious spheres. |
