Políticas de acolhimento às crianças e adolescentes e apoio educacional em municípios do sudoeste do Paraná: estudo dos Programas de Famílias Acolhedoras

Abstract

The subject of this study is the perspectives of childcare policies and adolescents and educational support in the southwest of Paraná, with delimitation in municipalities of Planalto, Realeza and Pérola D'Oeste, focusing on the analysis foster family programs. This is a program that came about in your first version in 2009 in the region. Since it is recent, it is of the utmost importance to deepen studies on its differential, limits and possibilities between the perspectives of host policies, which is the objective of this work. This work is based in a qualitative and documental methodological approach, for which studied the municipal laws of the programs, the Child and Adolescent Statute (ECA) and other bibliographical references that address the subject. To understand the relations between family and school interviews were carried out with the coordinators of the programs, which emphasize that the main way of carrying out the work carried out, not only by the assistance secretariat but by all others in together with these families, is the dialogue. It was concluded that the municipal laws that support the programs meet the premises of the ECA, and education is a part important, worked together with the teaching institution, host family and source.
