| Resume: | Com a expansão dos sistemas de comunicação e transporte, o espaço geográfico se tornou cada vez mais fluído. Em consequência disso novas formas de trabalho se apresentam de maneira contundente pelo mundo, principalmente por meio de aplicativos digitais. Essa nova dinâmica de vínculo empregatício é chamada de “uberização”, termo que deriva da empresa Uber. O presente trabalho tem como objetivo analisar a dinâmica da uberização no Brasil, por meio do aplicativo iFood e como essa dinâmica implica nas relações e na precarização do trabalho e nos circuitos superiores e inferiores da economia. Para isso foi realizado um levantamento teórico bibliográfico que auxilie a compreensão do fenômeno da uberização. |
| Abstract: | With the expansion of communication and transportation systems, geographic space has become increasingly fluid. As a result, new ways of working are strongly present around the world, mainly through digital applications. This new dynamic of employment is called “uberization”, a term that derives from the company Uber. The present work aims to analyze the dynamics of uberization in Brazil, through the iFood application, and how this dynamics implies in the relationships and precariousness of work and in the upper and lower circuits of the economy. For this, a bibliographical theoretical survey was carried out to help the understanding of the phenomenon of uberization. Keywords: Globalization. Uberization in Brazil.
