O geogebra e a aprendizagem matemática: algumas possibilidades

Abstract

This thesis aims to investigate studies conducted on polynomial problem-solving using the GeoGebra software and its contributions to the teaching and learning of mathematics. GeoGebra is a dynamic mathematics software that integrates various areas of mathematics into an interactive environment. The research addresses how the use of GeoGebra can facilitate the understanding of concepts, promote student-content interaction, and stimulate criticai thinking and problem-solving. The study consisted of analyzing four texts from the Proceedings of the XIII National Meeting of Mathematics Education (ENEM) 2019, organized into three categories that contemplate the conceptual understanding, problem-solving, visualization and interaction, and pedagogical innovation. The results indicate that GeoGebra increases students' interest and improves their performance when discussing and analyzing the study of polynomials at different educational leveis.
