Interdisciplinaridade entre a matemática e a astronomia: uma análise das produções científicas (2006-2020)

Abstract

This research there is general objective to identify the academic research on interdisciplinarity that evidences, particularly, the relationships between Mathematics and Astronomy in Education. And as specific objectives, identify approaches to the focus of interdisciplinary research between Mathematics and Astronomy, verify contributions of interdisciplinary practices in research involving Mathematics and Astronomy, reflect on the influence of the Postgraduate Program (PPG) and degree of respective supervisor, besides identify approaches by teaching level of interdisciplinary research between Mathematics and Astronomy. This research is of a bibliographic nature and of the state of the art type, with analysis of qualitative data, obtained from theses and dissertations published on the website of Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations (Biblioteca Digital de Teses e Dissertações - BDTD) which have an interdisciplinary approach between Mathematics and Astronomy. Data analysis was defined by the categories of education level; thematic; Postgraduate programs and supervisor training. This research showed us that there are possible approaches by teaching level and theme in published research and numerous possible interdisciplinary relationships for teaching Astronomy in Basic Education.
