Política educacional programa institucional de bolsa de iniciação científica à docência: um estudo da repercussão em teses e dissertações do BDTD (2011-2015)

Abstract

This paper presents the researching results based on the analysis of the Program of Teaching Initiation Scholarships (PIBID) repercussions, on theses and dissertations available on the Brazilian Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations, BDTD. The former program concerns about an education policy that has been created as an initiative to improve and valorize the formation of basic education teachers‟, in these terms, it‟s relevant to think about this issue to analyze the repercussion of this educational policy on these papers. As research approach, it has been used the content analysis of (BARDIN, 1970, apud MORAES, 1999), which has been identified by the descriptor “PIBID” resulting in 90 papers, among them, 68 dissertations and 22 theses. Though the results, 17 papers that concept the PIBID program as an education policy have been selected. The results indicate a greater concentration of papers production about the program on 2014, which were produced in the Southeast region; in what concerns the administrative sphere of the studies stands out the Federal Universities; furthermore, the genesis of the studies occurs in the educational institution Londrina State University (Universidade Estadual de Londrina- UEL), followed by Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS) and Estadual University Paulista (UNESP). Besides, the areas of knowledge more remarkable are Chemistry, Physics, Sciences, Pedagogy, and biology. The program‟s repercussion on the analyzed material reflects its contribution to teacher‟s professional formation furthermore suggestions and importance of the program. These 23 analyses have great importance to evaluate the program and also to improve it as an educational policy.
