Ensino de Geografia e paisagem: uma proposta a partir da perspectiva de Georges Bertrand

Abstract

Landscape studies in Geography are often related to mere observation of space, and / or simple descriptions of anthropic events and phenomena of Nature, in which they are only distinct from each other without the integration of social events with natural events. So, the work develops the analysis and bibliographical discussion of the conceptualization of Landscape in Geography, of the integration of the concepts of physical and human Geography, as proposed by the French Geographer Georges Bertrand. First, the integration of the elements of the landscape is approached through the Geosystem proposal, that is, of the interactions between ecological potential, biological exploration and anthropic action. Subsequently, it deals with the conceptual integration through the GTP (Geosystem-Territory-Landscape) system as source of three forms of analysis: naturalistic, socioeconomic and sociocultural. Finally, we present a didactic proposal of work in the classroom, considering the Bertranian analysis as the possibility of integrating the physical and human concepts for the understanding of Landscape.
