Planejamento da alta hospitalar: perspectiva de estudantes de enfermagem

Abstract

In the hospital environment, the nurse has several attributions, among them, health education, which must occur throughout the hospitalization process. However, it is during hospital discharge planning that he has the opportunity to gather information about the health status of the hospitalized individual, in order to establish educational actions. Thus, this study aims to understand the meaning of hospital discharge planning, from the perspective of nursing students. This is a qualitative, descriptive study using the anthropological concept of educational culture to wisely interpret the meanings printed in the academic training process. It is expected, with this study, that active teaching methodologies are inserted for the practice of liberating education, which allows nurses to be critical, reflective, protagonist of their knowledge and able to learn and teach in their area of performance.
