Brincar heurístico e cesto dos tesouros: contributos para a atuação docente com bebês e crianças bem pequenas em contextos de educação infantil

Abstract

This research was realized within the scope of the Education Course at Universidade Federal da Fronteira Sul/ UFFS-Campus Chapecó and was presented as an End-of-graduation-course Paper. The focus of the study resides in the theme of playing of 0-3 children, from the study of the pedagogical approach of the Heuristic Play and the Treasure Baskets, proposed by Elinor Goldschmied. The research aimed to understand the approaches of the Heuristic Play and the Treasure Baskets and the possible and challenges involving their proposition in the pedagogical daily routines of children and young children in Early Childhood Education contexts. The methodological pathway was determined by means of bibliographic review, that made possible identify productions on the topic in the national academic and editorial context. Although the study highlights the scarcity of publications on the topic, the analyzed productions confirm the contribution of the Heuristic Play and the Treasure Baskets as proposals that value the specificities and singularities and of babies and young children, as a possibility of different investigations, discoveries, and learning. This understanding of playing as a space for affirmation and authorship moves towards the realization of the rights of babies and young children in contexts of Early Childhood Education.
