Conhecimento em boas práticas dos agricultores e condições higiênicossanitárias de empreendimentos da agricultura familiar do município de Realeza- PR

Abstract

The rural area of the royalty municipality, located in the southwest of the Paraná, is characterized by small property, with the use of family labor in most productive processes. One of the regional activities that stands out is the agroindustry, which emerges as an alternative for the family farmer to add value to their production, also allowing the combination of agricultural and non-agricultural activities. The objectives of the research were to analyze the knowledge on good manufacturing practices (GMP) of the farmers and the hygienic-sanitary conditions of the family agro-industry of the municipality of RealezaPR. The public studied were 8 family farmers, owners of agroindustries certified by the Municipal Inspection Service (SIM). The work was developed through the application of the checklist of Resolution RDC ANVISA nº 275/02, as well as the application of a questionnaire referring to GMP. The results showed that the family farms of the municipality of Royalty obtained 60,87% of adequacy according to the items analyzed. It was observed that the groups equipment, furniture and utensils as well as production and transportation obtained the highest percentages of adequacy when compared with the others. Regarding the GMP questionnaire, the average score was 88.75, representing 78.77% of correct answers. Through the results found it was possible to understand where there should be investment in training courses aiming to improve the qualification in BPF. Also, one can verify the structural context in which they are and, with that, discuss pertinent improvements. Considering that this is a crucial factor in ensuring hygienic-sanitary quality of food produced in these agro-industries.
