Aqui e lá: conhecimentos e saberes relacionados a formação de professores, a partir da compreensão de residentes participantes de um subprojeto de residência pedagógica

Abstract

This article is the product of a research that aimed to understand, from the perspective of academics participating in a sub-project of the Pedagogical Residence, what are the teaching knowledge for the training and performance of the teachers. The documentary and case study research, developed from the analysis of the reports produced by seven residents, all with activities carried out in a state high school, in city in the interior of Paraná, named in this research “Colégio Benedito”. The material was analyzed based on the theoretical assumptions of Textual Discursive Analysis (ATD) an with the aid of the software ATLAS.ti. After the analysis, it resulted in the mobilization of diverse knowledge based on the participation of the sub project and throughout the training with its experiences.
