Ansiedade e suas consequências na formação matemática de acadêmicos do curso de Pedagogia da Universidade Federal da Fronteira Sul - Campus Erechim-RS

Abstract

The present work consists of analyzing anxiety and its consequences on the mathematical training of academics of the degree course in Pedagogy of the Federal University of the Southern Frontier - campus Erechim/RS. The research, of a qualitative nature, is theoretically based on the concept of anxiety, of its symptoms and its consequences. To carry out the investigation, we elaborated, using as a data collection tool, an electronic questionnaire with open-ended questions to collect information and data that could demonstrate in practice, the experiences of students in the Degree in Pedagogy from the Federal University of the Southern Frontier – Erechim campus. The research is structured into three main themes: student profile; experiences and academic experiences that generate anxiety; anxiety and learning and mathematical training. The objective is to meet the ethical aspects from the choice of the object and theme of study, considering the methodological delimitations, data search, contribution of the interviewees, Search for articles and scientific publications, analysis of the results, among others. It is part of the umbrella research project led by the supervising professor, titled as Professional Development of Teachers (RICHIT, 2021). In view of the answers obtained through the questionnaire, it was analyzed, the results were interpreted and related to their symptoms and sensations. Psychosomatic makes it possible to listen, observe, analyze what is hidden, unsaid, not expressed and revealed through words, that is, what the body and the system subtly reveal, through complaints, symptoms or diseases. In the course of work, it also addresses mathematics and its curricular restructuring, over the years and the structuring of the Pedagogy Course of the Federal University of the Southern Border, Erechim campus.
