Educação positiva e comunicação não violenta: caminhos para resolução de conflitos na educação infantil

Abstract

The present work is part of the field of Pedagogy and is addressed to Early Childhood Education teachers, with the general objective of analyzing strategies, paths and possibilities for appropriate conduct and mediation based on the child's perspective during times when it is necessary to deal with feelings. Seeking to answer what are the possibilities of adult behavior that can be considered most efficient when dealing with conflicts, aggressions, tantrums, and feelings of frustration while thinking about the child and their development? Since, on a daily basis, we face conflicting situations, involving both children and adults, and it is necessary to rethink the way we deal with such resolutions, taking into account the emotions that are part of each one and respecting each subject in its entirety. Understanding that punishments and punishments reproduce the authoritarian system, passed on for generations, in which one overlaps with others. Thinking about this, to contemplate the objectives, the methodological path was characterized by qualitative, exploratory and documentary research that aims to investigate the relationships and divergences between works, as well as to understand the paths guided by the authors during the resolution of conflicts that arise in daily life, seeking comparisons and divergences. The results of the analysis demonstrate a basis in common with the authors in question, involving empathy and welcoming. In addition, all of them direct their writing to parents, resorting to suggestions of mediation during conflict resolutions and children's attitudes towards certain contexts. We conclude from the research that it is of paramount importance to understand and name emotions, expressing them coherently from dialogues, since all of them are relevant and present in each individual.
